Hello, my name is Nikhil Trivedi, and I'm a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I've had a strong interest in
meteorology for as long as I can remember. Some storms that really kickstarted my interest were Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and
The Blizzard of 2016, but the most impactful system to me was Hurricane Irma in 2017.
Irma is what got me on Twitter
and allowed me to really start to learn about and understand our planet's atmosphere. On Twitter, I've been providing forecasts
and analysis on all types of extreme weather to the public since 2017, and look forward to coninue doing so!
